Hot Melt Adhesive for Curved Edgebanding (EVA Glue for PVC Edging)

Curved Edgeband Hot Melt Adhesive is an EVA-based thermoplastic adhesive specially formulated for manual and semi-automatic curved edgebanding machines. Designed for bonding PVC, ABS, melamine, and wood veneer edge bands onto shaped, radius, and contoured MDF/particleboard panels. Operating at low-to-medium temperature ranges (120°C – 160°C), it delivers exceptional initial green strength and high elasticity, effectively counteracting the bend tension of curved edge materials and preventing edge peel-off. Application: Curved and contoured tabletops, reception desks, rounded cabinet components, and custom-shaped casework.
