T-Nut / Tee Nut

A T-Nut (Tee Nut or Pronged Wood Nut) is an internally threaded fastener designed to insert a steel thread into wood, particleboard, or composite materials. Featuring four sharp prongs integrated into its flange, it bites into the wood surface when hammered or pressed into a pre-drilled hole. This self-anchoring design prevents the nut from spinning or pulling out when bolts are tightened. Widely used for attaching furniture legs, casters, and heavy-duty frame assemblies. Application: Upholstered furniture frames, table and chair leg mounting, bed frames, wooden cabinetry, and knock-down furniture.
