It is a special heat-melting glue used in furniture production, especially for covering the edges of laminate and MDF panels. Furniture glue. Hotmelt adhesive. Edgebanding glue. Green glue (Yeşil tutkal). Type: Designed for straight edgebanding. Softening temperature: 90°C. Working (melting) temperature: 170°C - 200°C (it is melted and applied at this temperature in special edgebanding machines). Consumption amount: 120 - 200 grams per square meter.

Hot Melt Adhesive for Curved Edgebanding (EVA Glue for PVC Edging)
Curved Edgeband Hot Melt Adhesive is an EVA-based thermoplastic adhesive specially formulated for manual and semi-automatic curved edgebanding machines. Designed for bonding PVC, ABS, melamine, and wood veneer edge bands onto shaped, radius, and contoured MDF/particleboard panels. Operating at low-to-medium temperature ranges (120°C – 160°C), it delivers exceptional initial green strength and high elasticity, effectively counteracting the bend tension of curved edge materials and preventing edge peel-off. Application: Curved and contoured tabletops, reception desks, rounded cabinet components, and custom-shaped casework. Key Features: High elasticity optimized for radius/curved profiles, low-to-medium working temperature (120°C–160°C), strong initial tack and rapid setting, excellent heat and humidity resistance, clean glue line output.
